Ok here's the problem.. I recently went on a free VST downloading spree and installed something in my VST folder that was causing Ableton Live 8 to crash. My solution was to remove all of the VST's from my folder, and start moving the ones that I knew would work back. I had a really nice song going with a Rubber Band Guitar and a little 8-bit drum machine called 'The Toad' lol.

But.. when I put the 2 VST's back in my Ableton VST folder and tried to open my Rubber Band guitar song, Ableton crashes every time I go to open my song now! :( https://recruitmentkeen.weebly.com/blog/mac-counter-strike-16-download.

Am I just out of luck? Will it ever be possible for me to open this song again? If anybody can help me I would greatly appreciate it, I mean I really loved that song and it would be hard to try and re-create it again.

Up until 3 days ago I had no idea what a VST was. If anybody knows how I can recover my song or has any advice about managing my VST's with Ableton, please let me know, I don't want to make the same mistake over again and lose more great songs in the future!
